BOARD OF DIRECTORS

JARRAD OAKLEY NICHOLLS

Jarrad, a proud Yamatji Man and Chairman of Yamatji Water, passionately champions community empowerment and support, dedicated to fostering growth and engagement among his people.

As the 100% Owner of Oaks Civil Construction, his mission spans traffic management, civil construction, workforce labour hire, and comprehensive training across Western Australia’s regions, including the Perth Metropolitan area. Jarrad’s proficiency in critical thinking and complex problem-solving allows for comprehensive business performance analysis and strategic resource allocation.

Coupled with strong organisational and financial management skills, he effectively guides Oaks Civil Construction toward sustainable growth while supporting operational efficiency and expansion. Jarrad’s leadership is defined by a steadfast commitment not only to business success but also to uplifting the communities he serves and fostering positive change.

PETER IANCOV

Peter Iancov is a professional engineer with extensive executive experience in leading major businesses and projects operating in the project management, construction, maintenance and operation of gas and electricity infrastructure assets and major facilities. He also has extensive board experience in defence, utilities, ports, oil & gas contracting and Indigenous corporations.

Prior to becoming managing director of Zinfra in March 2019, Mr Iancov was the founder and managing director of his own company; group chief executive of a major Western Australian contractor; and general manager of WestNet Energy, Alinta Asset Management West (an asset management and sustainment business).

Mr Iancov has a Master of Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), a Postgraduate in Robotics and Automation, and is a Fellow Member of Engineers of Australia.

MICHAEL HOLLETT

Mike is a co-founder of The Right Water Company and former Chairman of the Water Corporation in Western Australia having earlier led significant water reform initiatives over many years, in both the public and private sectors.

As a Hydrographer, Mike has 40 years’ experience across the water and property sectors and continues his passionate drive for challenging the status quo and finding a better more sustainable way of delivering outcomes that matter.

Mike is an experienced Director, having been a former Chairman of the Pilbara Development Commission and Ocean Gardens Retirement Village, Mike now serves on private boards being Chairman of Yurra Pty Ltd a majority Yindjibarndi owned contracting company he co- founded in 2013 and has private interests in infrastructure and affordable housing for seniors in regional WA. Mike is a GAICD.

GREG MILLEN

Greg, as co-founding Director of The Right Water Company is the CEO of Wave International a business that he co- founded in 1999. Wave International, over the past two decades has expanded globally as a high-performance resource development consultancy business with international experience in engineering, project delivery, project, and asset management with a solid industry wide reputation for providing innovative, flexible and value add solutions.

Greg brings more than 25 years international experience in engineering projects across the breadth of natural resource sectors including Mining and Metals, Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Renewables, Power, and Water. Greg holds an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from UWA and is a Chartered (CPENG), Fellow (FIEAust) and Engineering Executive (EngExec) of the Institute of Engineers Australia. Greg is a member of Consult Australia, AusIMM and the AICD.
