CULTURAL ENGAGEMENT

Yamatji Water is a majority-owned Yamatji Nation business with responsibilities for water stewardship and overseeing the highest and best use of water on Country. 

Yamatji Water is guided by the Cultural Authority and its representatives regarding access to areas for water abstraction and use on Country. It has conducted a study with the representatives of each of the four language groups within the Nation, documenting important cultural sites related to water resources along with the stories of those who speak for Country.
